Part of the medias marketing strategy is to keep us in a state of fear, knowing that we will constantly be looking to them to update us, and perhaps alleviate some of that anticipation or anxiety. Unfortunately it’s a never ending cycle of breaking news and crisis, which can have an adverse affect on our mental health as well as how we make life decisions.
To cut through that fear, it's important that we understand balanced risk analysis and mitigation. So who better to school us on that topic than someone who takes risk on a consistent basis and over a long period of time.
